Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RA#. PLEASE EMAIL US AT [email protected]. RA# MUST BE CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE TOP OF THE SHIPPING BOX. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

What if the item is unavailable?
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at Hussar Shoes, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Hussar Shoes.
